Every Pristine Envisions piece is made-to-order through trusted print‑on‑demand partners to maintain quality and reduce waste. Because of this, your order goes through two stages: production (fulfillment) and then shipping.

Order Processing & Fulfillment


• Order processing begins after your payment is confirmed and your order details are verified.

• Most apparel and accessories are produced and fulfilled in approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the product and partner facility.

• During high-volume periods, collections, or limited drops, fulfillment may take longer (for example, up to 10–14 business days).

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.

Shipping Methods & Estimates

Delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping time.

Domestic (United States)
Most U.S. orders are shipped via standard ground services from our print partners’ U.S. facilities.

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:
• Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on carrier and destination.

Expedited options (when available at checkout): typically 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide through our print‑on‑demand partners’ global network.

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:
• Standard international: typically 5–20 business days, depending on region and local postal services.

Some regions may experience longer transit times due to customs clearance, local holidays, or service limitations.

Not all services are available to every country; available options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and the specific fulfillment partner and carrier used.

• From time to time we may offer promotional or flat–rate shipping; any such offers will be clearly indicated at checkout or in campaign materials.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

• These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Your local customs office can provide more information about potential charges before you order.

Tracking & Order Status

• When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.

• Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

• If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office, then contact us with your order number.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers.

• We are not responsible for non‑delivery, delays, or mis-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

• If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may:
• Reship the order to an updated address once you pay the additional shipping cost, or
• Provide a refund or store credit for the item cost, excluding original shipping, depending on product condition and reason for return.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, ownership passes to the customer; we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

• If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan and no movement for an extended period), please contact us within the timeframe specified by the carrier so we can open an investigation with our print partner and shipping carrier.

• If your item arrives damaged or with a significant print/production issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

• After review, we will work with our print‑on‑demand partner to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution according to their policies.

Split Shipments & Multiple Items

• Because we use multiple fulfillment centers and print‑on‑demand partners, items in your order may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

• You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

Shipping Restrictions

• We ship to most countries, but some regions may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, war/conflict, trade restrictions, or unreliable postal service.

• Certain products may have region-specific restrictions or extended delivery times; any known limitations will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Pre‑Orders, Limited Drops & Special Releases

For special capsules, pre‑orders, or limited collections, please refer to the shipping notes on the product page:
• Pre‑order or made-to-order drops may have longer fulfillment windows (for example, 3–5 weeks) before shipping.

• Estimated ship dates for these items will be clearly communicated, but they remain estimates and may shift due to production or carrier constraints.

Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order has entered production with our print‑on‑demand partners, we are generally unable to make changes or cancel it.

• If you need to update your address or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist before fulfillment begins.
